Just a friendly reminder there’s a Town Hall Meeting taking place tonight at Fielder Church 2011 S. Fielder Rd. Arlington, TX 76013 from 6:15pm until 8:30pm. This meeting will be discussing new legislation and how it impacts foster parents and the future of community based care. Some of the Key speakers include: Hank Whitman,Commissioner, DFPS, Wayne Carson CEO, ACH, Kristene Blackstone, Associate Commissioner, DFPS, Kris Naylor COO, OCOK, and State Legislators, Representatives and Senators. This is also for foster parents to voice their concerns and comments.
Kids First will give you training hours if you find us and sign in. (that is, if they don’t provide you with hours)
